All ten tours by category

From water tours to day trips to food--here’s the full line-up.

On the water (boat tours)

Insider tip

The canal cruise departs twice daily (or more in summer) from Gammel Strand, right next to Christiansborg. The electric boat is smaller and quieter, ideal if you prefer that vibe.

On foot (walking tours)

Insider tip

Both walking tours include food stops and drinks. They run year-round and focus on Copenhagen’s culture and neighbourhoods.

On a bike

Insider tip

The bike tour hits all the headline sights in 3 hours from Raadhuspladsen to the Little Mermaid, with stops for stories. Helmets and bikes included.

Food tours

Two food tours, both expertly led. The newer tour (EUR 120, 6+ tastings) hits Torvehallerne and street food spots. The original tour (EUR 119, est. 2011, 8 tastings) is longer and wraps up with a full meal’s worth of food. Both run 3 to 4 hours.

Tickets & passes

Tivoli (EUR 24) is entry only; rides cost extra. The Copenhagen Card (EUR 79, 24 h) covers Tivoli entry, 80+ attractions, and all public transport.

Day trips (castles)

The only full-day tour offered: Kronborg (Hamlet’s castle), Frederiksborg Palace, and Roskilde Cathedral in one coach trip (EUR 185, 8.5 h).

Frequently asked questions

Which is the best Copenhagen tour?

The canal cruise (EUR 21, 1 hour). It covers the main sights from the water with a live guide, costs less than lunch, and runs year-round. Rated 4.6 from 12,374 reviews. Upgrade to the electric boat (EUR 37) if you want something quieter.

Entry fees and the guide. Food and drinks tours include tastings (stated per tour). The bike tour includes helmet and rental. The Copenhagen Card includes entry to 80+ attractions and all public transport (metro, buses, harbour ferries).

Is there a discount for families or groups?

Most tours are per-person. Family pricing is rare. The Copenhagen Card covers adults and children; check the age tiers.
